How to Get Started with the Markup Tool

Accessing the Tool

To start using the Markup Tool, simply log into your SiteRise account and open any image or PDF file. You'll see a new option to "Markup" the document. Click on this to access the annotation features.

Adding Annotations

Once you're in the Markup Tool, you can start adding annotations by selecting the type of markup shape/tool/text  you want to use. Click on the document where you want to add your annotation, and the shape will appear. You can also draw shapes, arrows, or highlights by selecting the appropriate tool from the toolbar.

Saving and Sharing

After you've added your annotations, they are saved automatically. You can flip the annotations on and off by clicking the markup button. You can then share the updated document with your team members, who can view and add their annotations as well. This collaborative approach ensures that everyone is on the same page and can contribute to the project.
